Most unprofessional customer service Last winter(2016) we bought Signature King Sleigh Storage bed and a mattress. We were very impressed with the quality of the bed/mattress in store and purchased it. Week later during the delivery, they damaged the bed (scuffs), mattress (rip on the bottom) and also 2 picture frames (wedding gift). Rude people and management high prices with little to no chance of returning anything purchased unless you get a warranty. Long wait period for items ordered and uncaring delivery service. Worst shopping experience you'll ever have with cheaply made products.
