Had a hard time finding a kitchen table set that we liked, and we finally found one at Ashley's after looking for a few months. Living in the "Furniture Capital of the World", I really did not want to buy from Ashley, however they had exactly what we were looking for. i have had nothing but very bad experience with Ashley's. I spent almost 20K when I purchased by home. I bought back in December and it is almost March and I still do not have everything correct in my house. Not only have they came over 10 times and always brings me damaged furniture but they scratched by brand new hardwood floors. I have sent photos before and after of my floor and I'm still trying to get them to fix it til now. When I call and ask for manager they are never available and customer service is never help. Ordered $1700+ worth of bedroom furniture a month ago. The salesman told us we would have it within a week. Here it is a month later and they are suppose to come today. Called Ashley furniture customer service (the first time) and they said the delivery people would compensate me. I knew this didn't make sense so I called a second time, after being put on hold for 20 minutes they gave me a $100 coupon that I will receive in 2 weeks. AWFUL JUST AWFUL
great people in check out, sales people dont know what they are doing. they ordered wrong sofa and delivery refused to take back couch after store had told us 3 times not to accept if incorrect.. it was a nightmare and just terrible communication between everyone. Will never shop there again
