Adam Altringer actually showed us furniture in the discounted section of the store rather than showing us the most expensive pieces first! He was attentive to our needs and we found just what we wanted for a great price. Great customer service!
Ordered furniture from here. Called ahead it was ready for pick up when I got there. I was missing 2 screws they were able to get them for me when i came in the next day and told them. Good service
I was very pleased how I was shown what I wanted by this awesome tall man nels he was great I even like the fact he helped me with my coffee table was honest and courtesy. And I even got to throw the elephant head in thanks a bunch! I will be back when I need something else thank you Nelson and ashley co.

Adam in Great Falls made it super easy to find what we were looking for. And help us special order exactly what we were looking for. We had previously spent 2 months looking for the right sectional. Within 30 minutes Adam had us out the door with exactly what we wanted.
The salesman was Nels Oksendahl.
I have been looking all over town for a queen mattress. Nels the salesman who waited on us. He is very personable and treated us exceptionally! Which was a nice surprise because the other stores sales people were not motivated. Nels took his time until he found what I wanted and I appreciate that. Very knowledgeable. I will be telling my friends about Ashley. Great experience. ð
Nels was very helpful in choosing a rug for our family room. This was my first time in an Ashley store. Because of the superior service I received, I will definitely be back.
