Great guys. Id go to Ferrin's before buying furniture anywhere else in the area.
Ferrin's Furniture is the only place I would consider purchasing furniture in Great Falls. They have the best quality furniture by far. Beyond that, the staff extremely knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. We have always had great experiences at Ferrins!
I have recently purchased both outdoor and indoor furniture from Ferrin’s. Ferrin’s staff are friendly, extremely knowledgeable and create a welcoming, no pressure atmosphere to shop for quality furniture. I’m happy with my furniture and the customer service was excellent.
We had an amazing experience at Ferrin’s Furniture. T.J. was super helpful and offered the perfect mix between being helpful but not hovering and allowing us time to browse their many floors of inventory. We ended up purchasing 2 couches and the process was smooth and not stressful. Even though the couches had to be ordered the wait was short and came in before the promised date.
