Ashley stood behind their price match policy. Ask for Israel, very friendly and didn’t waste my time. I showed him what I wanted, the price I could get it for from a competitor. Israel and manager Jesse matched the price and will have my furniture delivered 2 weeks earlier than the competitor.
Today I called Ashley because my Recliner Mechanisms is not working. Ashley claims that the motor is not part of the mechanisms and will not be covered under the 5 year Recliner Mechanisms warranty. A simple internet search for Recliner Mechanisms will show that the motor is part of the Recliner Mechanisms. See photo., motorized-heavy-duty-zero-wall-recliner-mechanism-1
The salespeople were very friendly and the prices were competitive.
Horrible customer service. They do not stand behind their products and you will have no return recourse.
I strongly recommend Ashley because is the better price in the city and the service is very good.
bought couches after a year the started to peel off..for $900 each couch they should of been better
