I was in there for a solid 25 minutes about 40ish minutes ago looking at mattresses and not a single sales rep bothered to help, I made eye contact with at least two, yet neither wanted to cut the conversation they where having with co-workers to help. Even walking out, the bald guy standing at the front desk couldn't be bothered to say bye. Seriously how do you even expect to make any sales???
Their customer service sucks!! They sale damaged products and then expect you to accept a repair and not a replacement!!! Would you accept a brand new car with upholstery stains or gauges in the dash or body of the car?!!
Do not come here! Their delivery men claimed that they didn’t leave stains on my carpet and I have before and after pictures of what they did! They denied our claim because of their dishonest employees and are now losing a loyal customer.
It starts as a great experience but dont have anything delivered. Horrible communication between store, distributions center and delivery teams( which are contracted). Already had a delivery cancelled because they dont know how to do their jobs and ensure a message was passed along. Wasted a day waiting and zero compensation with a half hearted im sorry we messed up but your time now doesnt matter since we already purchased the item.
