DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!! I have been trying to get a return call from Patrick Malloy, Store Manager, since November when he told me that I would get a replacement love seat for the one that was unfix-able (which was only 4 months old at the time). I call and leave messages everyday, and NO ONE has the common courtesy to return my call. Worst customer service ever. Edited to add: I've have given no stars if it were possible!!!
The subleasing Finance Department called acceptance leaves a bad eyesore on Ashley's Furniture. Misty is her name very bad customer service stay away if your not paying cash for you items.
