I am beyond disappointed in this business. On July 15th, we purchased an entire living room suit ($4000.00) and paid that day. We were told that our furniture would arrive in our house at the first of August. We cleaned out our living room, took off work and awaited the delivery of our furniture. It is not Sept. 6th and we still have not received ANYTHING that we paid for! I have talked to the manager 8 times and he keeps assuring me that the furniture "will arrive this weekend." I had a terrible experience with this store! My story seems very similar to the other reviews posted here. We bought a living room set, paid $5,000 in full that day. 6 Weeks later we still have not received our furniture, or a courtesy phone call. The manager, Patrick, will not return my calls. Customer service leaves much to be desired. Spend your hard earned money somewhere that appreciates your business- not at Ashley in Macon, GA.

If there was a 0 Rating thats what id choose! This store is a joke! We ordered a bedrm suite from them in May, which they just delivered TODAY, only to tell me my Headboard was damaged and its probably gonna be another wk or most likely longer to get! Management says ill call you back in one hr, 2 1/2 hrs pass nothing called them he isnt here! How convenient! NEVER WILL I PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM AGAIN!

So disappointed with AshleyHomeStore furniture Macon customer service! Used your company exclusively for years and now it’s gone downhill to all time lows! No return calls, extended warranty a complete waste. So disappointed‬ with the store manager, been in person several time he’s busy or unavailable. Still waiting for a ph call back, I knew it was a bad sign when the section all had to be repaired 3 times before the first 30 days were even up. I was so disappointed with my experience. The sales rep kept talking over me when I was explaining what I want, then when I asked about durability she said "Well, if that's your concern then I don't know." I have never, ever, had such a bad experience in a store. The store was not busy. You would think that sales associates would want the business.
