Make sure you ask for Diane!! The girl really knows her stuff! I met Diane at a meeting on the exact day that I was going to order something online and found out it was out of stock. I showed Diane a picture of what I was looking for and she thought she had something on display I would like. Not only did I LOVE it, but it was cheaper than what I was looking for and was a much higher quality then I was willing to settle for. DON’T SETTLE! I will never buy from here again!! I ordered a dining table/chair set 3 1/2 weeks ago. It took 1 1/2 weeks to get it delivered. The day before the set was delivered I received a call that one of the chairs was damaged in shipping and they had to order another. It’s been 2 weeks since they ordered the replacement chair and I have called the store and call center 3 times but no one can tell me where it is or when I might expect it!! Just received my piece and it looks great from Ashley Burlington. I worked with Judi and she was very knowledgeable and worked hard to get me the best price possible on a entertainment center add on. She was very friendly and wanted to ensure your happiness!
My wife and I came in to look at mattresses. Diane showed us a Tempur-Pedic with an adjustable bed fame. They are great,. My wife just had lumbar fusion surgery and it's helped her a lot. We also needed two full size mattresses for a guestroom. She looked and looked online for the least expansive mattresses in town. When she thought she found them Diane showed us what Ashley had and they were better and less expansive than the mattress only stores. Stopped by to speak with someone about a bed i wanted to order offline. Judi Bray was awesome, very professional and went up & beyond to inform me about my different options when purchasing the bed. She gave my a great experience compared to other places that I’ve purchased furniture from.
Great people there, Don't 'feel rushed. Not pushy but really take care of their customers. First time customer and would buy again. Recommend seeing Jeff Bishop.Goes out of his way. The manager is very attentive to assisting customer as well.
