Staff doesn’t acknowledge you when you walk in if they don’t think you look like somebody that has money. Second time this has happened at this location. Gave them a second chance and they blew that.
RecommendedY’all, unless Susan Miller is maxed out in pay, give that woman a raise! THREE times she has given me nothing but spectacular service and I don’t think I’ll ever be able to buy furniture again without her help.

Judi is amazing! She walked through the entire store with us and answered all of our questions over and over again. She didn’t pressure us to buy anything and wasn’t upset at all when we left empty handed to make sure the couch we picked out was what we wanted. She made the entire process a breeze when we went back to purchase and we were in and out in 20 minutes. I would recommend her to anyone wanting to purchase from the Ashley Furniture in Burlington!
Horrible. Crooked. Dishonest. We paid $2000 for a couch which broke and their insurance is worthless as we can’t get them to show up. The couch broke a second time while we were waiting for repairs. It’s been a few months of battling with these crooked people. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE UNLESS YOU ATE LOOKING TO GET RIPPED OFF
