Contacting the news and taking legal action on this as of February 6, 2020. We placed an order for just over $13,000 at Ashley Furniture in Winchester, VA on November 2, 2019. We still today, February 6, 2020, have damaged furniture and blood stains on my 6 year old daughters furniture and carpet that Ashley furniture has promised to send someone to properly clean up.
