went in had a chance to look around before i was approached and was served by a kind gentleman that helped me out, and i also wanted my furniture asp and he promised without delay the next day ! it was delivered,

Horrible service, do not bother buying furniture and actually expecting it to show up. Oh and don't bother to call since they do not have an answering machine and rarely answer their phone. I learned my lesson next time go with a known fur iture store, that will honor the contract agreement of when furniture will arrive and be delivered.

The store manager, Cliff knows the furniture business well. I have dealt with him in the past, and have always been very happy. I am very glad to hear that the previous store was purchased by Roberts Furniture, and can continue to serve Winchester. If you are looking for excellent prices/service, this is the place to go!! Thanks again for all of your hard work, and help in the past. I look forward to future purchases, and dealing with you.

this is a great place to go because u get the help u need when u need it. the people that work there are very nice. its a clean store and u can get around very well...i love this store...
