Vicki showed us a large selection of mattresses. She was extremely pleasant and helpful to my 97 year old mother-in-law. We found a cheaper mattress at Mattress Warehouse, but liked the service at Grand!
My sister and her husband found living room furniture in the showroom that they loved. They ordered it and paid for it. The day of delivery, they scheduled help to remove their old furniture, so it was gone. When her furniture from Grand was delivered, it was the wrong set. My sister spoke to them and they supposedly fixed it and set another delivery date. They told her to use the 'wrong' set until then. Gwen and the mgmt team stuck with us on purchase of what to us was a very expensive recliner… wasn’t easy, but we got it done! Now all we need is a good, trouble-free delivery to make this piece worth the wait.
