Very nice experience and gave great answers to our questions. Very knowledgeable about the products. Showed us different choices in the areas we were looking
The sales staff and store personnel in Martinsburg are knowledgeable and extremely pleasant. The delivery staff is another story.... had a queen size adjustable bed frame delivered, no issues. Had an attempted couch delivery and they dropped it and a said they didn't. Visible damage and had it returned. Next attempted delivery went well.with the replacement couch. Last attempted delivery of a seperate full size couch was a waste of time. Told me they couldn't get it through the entry door. A standard entry door!!!! Then want... read more
