The sales persons are great, but beware of the protection plan. We have tried since November of 2020 to get someone out here to look at our sofa, but to no avail. Now our recliner has stopped working and is laying open and we can’t get anyone out here for that. We have taken pictures like they ask, and still, silence. We paid roughly $1000 total on all the furniture together we’ve purchased through Ashley and they give us a run-a-round every time. The protection is not worth the money.
DO NOT shop at this store. The worse level of incompetence i've ever experienced. 2 moths later, they have money and I still have nothing. What a friggin joke! I call the store and TK ducks my calls like an a-hole. I dont show up because I'd probably end up in jail. I'm beyond livid at this point. $5,200 of my money and they cant even refund it because they dont know how. RIDICULOUS!! Dont give them a penny or you will absolutely regret it. Dont say i didn't warn you. This store needs to be shut down. smh...
