after moving to Murfreesboro because we lost almost all we owned because of Hurricane Michael , we were in desperate need of new furniture, we took a look in the Ashley store because we liked the look of what they had, people were very nice and helpful , great selection and so so prices. we chose a new couch and chair/recliner, the couch we received in about 2 weeks but the chair took 30 days to get here (today), i went to attach the back flap correctly and noticed the velcro was not attached , the staples had came out, but ... read more
we purchased some furniture from Ashley Home Store in Murfreesboro, TN on Thompson Lane. At this time we are very disappointed in the furniture and the lack of not taking care of us and making it right. The Ashley Distribution Center is just as bad. They each send you to the other neither taking responsibility. If they make things right I will let you all know If they don't I suggest you never buy anything from them. The jury is still out to be continued........

The biggest issue we had was with Tammy with Acceptance Now which is within Ashley store. I have a job that is contractual and has a strange semi monthly pay schedule. My work schedule does not allow me to be timely in pretty much anything. Anyways, she called me and left a message saying I'm avoiding her and that it would be in my best interest that I call her asap. I reported it to corporate. We walked into Ashley Furniture and was greeted right away. Told the sales representative what we were looking for. Not only did she find what we wanted also gave us a great deal. I know I will be back to make more purchases.
We came into Ashley's looking for a couch and entertainment center, we were greeted as soon as we walked in , we told the guy what we were looking for he took us right to what we needed. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. We were in and out in less then a hour. We got our furniture on the scheduled date and time. The delivery men we fast and friendly also. We will return to this Ashley's!
We had a wonderful experience with Ashley Furniture. We found exactly what we wanted and the sales people were so very helpful. They made furniture shopping easy. They were very kind and went over and beyond to make our experience a pleasant one. This will become our number one place to purchase furniture from now on.
I had a great experience looking for furniture. I love the quality and comfort of the sectional couch we got. The bedroom furniture is an amazing quality. I love that it is real wood with dresser drawers that are made from cedar.
Would recommend to everyone! Great experience
