Honestly worst experience I’ve ever had. 5 months in and we are still dealing with getting our stuff. Furniture delivered came sitting on top of a shredded box. Missing parts. Cracks dings and paint peeling on all but the mirror. This is out of a bed frame two night stands and a dresser oh and the headboard. At this point we are going to try for a refund and will never shop here again. Poor quality poor customer service and poor company.

Buyer Beware!!!! Now for my story... I bought guest bedroom furniture on 7/4/20. I was told delivery would take up to 8 weeks. Not a problem as we were not in a hurry at all. My purchase experience was great! I received several text communications with updates that delivery was delayed. Not a problem. We are still not in a hurry. I would not recommend this Ashley furniture store to anyone.Terrible experience after the sale. Stephen my sales associate was great. But everything went very downhill after that. Ordered a bedroom set On July 19 So far I have only received a headboard and the dresser. That’s 19 WEEKS. Still missing two nightstands side rails and the footboard, can’t do much without those. Me and my husband are so happy with our shopping and buying experience! After shopping around and visiting a few other stores, this place as well as the rep, won us over! Ellen was heaven sent! She was the main reason we came back to buy! She was also very thorough with making sure we understand everything before signing and agreeing!!

Don’t waste your money. They lie to get a sale then never respond to your concerns and you’re stuck with a $8000 mattress you can’t sleep on

I have never written a negative review before, however, this store hands down worst customer service ever. We bought a tempurpedic mattress, a queen bedroom suite and LR furniture. We do not like the mattress and just wanted to go back to a pillow top mattress. Spoke with their customer service person and sales manager. The highest price pillow top they carry is $1000 dollars less than what we gave for ours. We have been long time customers of Ashley Furniture for over 15 years and have spent a lot of money here over the years. We recently spent almost $8k on a new adjustable frame and Tempur-Pedic mattress. At purchase, we were told that we could exchange the mattress at any time for up to 90 days. We gave it 2 weeks and came back to the store to exchange it because we were not getting any sleep. The salesperson was new and got the manager who was also new.
