Go the the one in Cool Springs instead – We had a bad experience here a few years ago, but they have really turned things around so I deleted my old review. This time around, management and staff were very helpful, friendly and attentive. We made a few rather large purchases and we will certainly come back.

Simply the BEST Choice in Furniture in Nashville – It's been a little over a year since I made a major purchase at Ashley, and my two piece leather sectional still looks as good as it did the day I received delivery. I haven't needed any new furniture since then, but that hasn't stopped me from stopping in to check out the great new Items they have in. Intolerable Service Take my advice and DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING from Ashley Furniture in Murfreesboro, TN. They have garnered a terrible reputation, just ask around. I wish I had. To start with, they ordered the wrong recliner, which I don't find out until I get home and open the box. When we called them to re-order the correct one, some girl (her name was actually Ashley) says that she is "ordering it as we speak." Ha!
