I recently moved from out of state and purchased living room furniture upon my arrival. I bought a sectional. When I received the bill, I was charged for each portion of one sectional/couch; I had 6 charges for one sectional. I was tired and vulnerable at the time of purchase and would have chosen another time to shop in hindsight, a time in which I would be more aware. Worst customer service experience ever. Never shop at Ashley furniture anywhere in the US. RUN AWAY FROM THEM.

Absolute HORRIBLE customer service! We bought our furniture on Oct 18. It was delivered Nov 9. We reported it damaged the day it was delivered only to be told to call back the following week, which we did. The mailed us the parts needed to fix it, and we called back to schedule a technician. After being given the runaround and being told we would receive a call to confirm the appt time for repairs, the technician called an hour EARLY and left a message and the scheduled appt time was rescheduled because I was not at home an... read more

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I called multiple times wanting to make small changes on an order. No one ever answered the phone. A CALL CENTER said someone would call back in 24-48 hours. No one has called. Do not do business with this place.

NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. The have not delivered on time or as promised yet, and have tried to deliver damaged items twice! 8 weeks since I ordered and I still do not have the items I have paid for. Harry, John and Darrel are not trust worthy!!
