If I could give Zero stars i absolutely would! This store has been nothing but unprofessional and irresponsible, a close family member bought a couch from them, paid EXTRA for them to install the couch, the company forgot a piece of the couch and they left the couch in her living room in pieces. The lady we talked to has now removed our numbers and can’t get through, the Ashley store says “ it’s not there problem and they don’t know anything” while the couch is still just laying around in pieces, we can’t assemble it ourselv... read more
Awesome salesman
I walked in on a whim (I'm rarely in Chattanooga and my trip today wasn't planned), but I am moving in a couple of weeks and needed furniture for my living room. I sat in the Stoneland recliner and immediately loved it. I saw the full set and took pictures to keep it in mind. I was getting ready to leave but decided to see what I could get financed. Customer service sucked today !!! Marco at Ashley in Chattanooga TN is the worse salesman I have ever dealt with and I have dealt with a few. I wish I would’ve cancelled the sale after he sis honor price he offered. I will never deal with him again. He need to be evaluated again. He is not good for the company.
