We purchased double-seating sectional reclining chairs in September 2019. With a one-year warranty. The material is not leather but durable. By March 2020 the one reclining chair developed a tear on the back of the recliner where your back meets the upright part of the chair. We called the store where the girl was pleasant and said that they would send out a service person.but they never showed up. So we called aria in to inquire when they would come to look at the chair. Bought a great sectional @ the Frederick store. Sola was our sales associate. He was very helpful, personable & very efficient. Everyone was so nice. Louise was the customer service rep & she had the sale done in record time without hassle. We will certainly be back!
