The home builder that she recommended is terrible. Our realtor was Dwayne Tharp and he was fantastic, unfortunately the builder that was recommended by Ashely and Hometown realty was far from it. We had a contract with Ryan Sullivan (owner of RC Sullivan) to build a house. We signed our contract August of 2021 with an expected completed/move in date of Feb 2022.
