These are seasoned scammers who know how to make a sale. If you slow yourself down a bit on the purchase you’ll realize that if it seems too good to be true, it’s because it is. The owner is not retiring and as charming as he may seem, he’s just trying to make a buck off of you. The items are clearly uniform and not antiques - they are low quality reproductions being marketed as high quality estate jewelry.
