Wow is truly all I can say! My son was seen by Dr Fernandez at a sick visit yesterday, and I’m beyond grateful we saw him! I will absolutely be making him my son’s primary pediatrician. He was engaging with my son, energetic, and also sat and listened/took time to explain things. The level of both care and bedside manner are unequivocally the best we’ve ever experienced.
Dr. Fernandes is great! We absolutely adore working with Dr. Fernandes. As a person, he is funny, engaging, and makes you feel at ease. As a doctor, his care for his patients and knowledge of the field are unmatched! Nationwide Children’s can be hard to work with as an entity- long wait times especially. But that has nothing to do with Dr. Fernandes, as he doesn’t control the schedule or what the front desk decides to do with late patients, etc. I really dislike working with Nationwide, but I stick with it because I enjoy Dr... read more
Dr. Fernandes is an outstanding doctor who truly takes the time to listen and makes my children feel known and cared for as individuals. He is extremely patient and thorough and has been very attentive when urgent matters arise. I also feel valued as a parent; he listens to my concerns and observations of my children and gives practical advice. We couldn't ask for a more caring and compassionate doctor!
Refused to accept 9m old baby, because we were late for appointment, and we called to customers rep and told her that we r running late, they told us it is ok to be late no more than 20 min, which we did. Front line reception absolute terrible, unprofessional, not friendly people, and doctor ia pathetic person, shame on you.
