Dr. Fernandes is great! We absolutely adore working with Dr. Fernandes. As a person, he is funny, engaging, and makes you feel at ease. As a doctor, his care for his patients and knowledge of the field are unmatched! Nationwide Children’s can be hard to work with as an entity- long wait times especially. Dr. Fernandes is an outstanding doctor who truly takes the time to listen and makes my children feel known and cared for as individuals. He is extremely patient and thorough and has been very attentive when urgent matters arise. I also feel valued as a parent; he listens to my concerns and observations of my children and gives practical advice. We couldn't ask for a more caring and compassionate doctor!
Refused to accept 9m old baby, because we were late for appointment, and we called to customers rep and told her that we r running late, they told us it is ok to be late no more than 20 min, which we did. Front line reception absolute terrible, unprofessional, not friendly people, and doctor ia pathetic person, shame on you.
