Neighbor's are amazing management is the worst I've ever experienced. They need to fire or sell the houses of whoever runs it and get new management. The community is great the rules are egregiously one sided
Used to be nice when we first moved in over a year ago. Then they kept raising the rent & adding extra fees for "maintenance", yet it just becomes trashier every day. All the good neighbors have moved out & been replaced with ghetto section 8 families with their 6+ kids who run around unsupervised screaming all day & leaving trash everywhere. Today they surprised us by waking everyone up at 8am with chainsaws & shredders as they cut down every single tree in the complex, making it look like an ugly wasteland & leaving no sha... read more
