I called this establishment because I had a leak coming from my third floor apartment. They told me they couldn't send anyone out until Thursday. I am writing this review on Sunday. This place provides EMERGENCY service? It's a good thing a doctor at a hospital doesn't tell you he'll get to you four days from now when you have an EMERGENCY. I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone.

We have been using this service for several years. When I first contacted them, I told them we had received a quote for way higher to do the job. They laughed and quoted me a quarter of that amount. Their team is friendly, easy to schedule with, responsive, and very professional. I wouldn't trust anyone else!

They responded quickly for a minor repair on a busy winter day when many customers were calling with frozen pipes. I sent them pictures of the broken piece of the inner part of my toilet. They provided me with a price, and when I said that was more than I wanted to pay, they came back with a lower price. They were able to come hours before they estimated and the service was professional and efficient. I have stored their contact details and will call them again. They rocks!

I called to ask about one faucet that wasn't running. The gentleman on the phone immediately told me it was probably a partially frozen pipe. He politely told me that they couldn't do anything in person, but told me what to do (turn up the heat, open the tap, etc.) and was patient with my utter lack of plumbing knowledge. I was impressed, because he wasn't making money by staying on the phone with me. If we need a 24-hour plumber in future, I will call these guys. P.S. His advice worked, and the faucet is running again.
