The office staff was very nice. Dr. Terry was very attentive and the whole experience was great.
Cold, rushed, and incredibly dismissive. I’ve seen Dr. Ashley Terry three times now, and each visit has felt rushed, impersonal, and lacking any real care or empathy. Today’s appointment was the worst yet and left me feeling humiliated and deeply frustrated. I’ve been diagnosed with panic disorder since I was 23—I’m now 48. Nice people here. Have no complaints at all. Dr. Terry cares about her patients and will advise you on whatever issues you are having with your health.
Ashley Terry is the worst and most unprofessional Dr I've ever met!! I went to see her for strep throat. I first was seen by a nurse who swabbed the back of my throat. After me waiting for nearly 40 minutes, I go ask the nurse if I can leave (because I had to get my son off the school bus) and her send in my antibiotics, since they already got a sample.
