I bought a gold chain from them 3.5 yrs ago for $550. It fell apart literally, into a number of pieces. Another manufacturing JewelIer suggest if it was them then they would send it back to the manufacturer. I called them to find out who the manufacturer was and if we can send it back. He was rude, dismissive and did not want to know or to try to help me. Awful service.
