NIGHTMARE. one word to describe this place & it's NIGHTMARE. No one ever answers the phone. Insanely difficult to get an appointment here. Website is an absolute joke as well. Ive been trying to get ONE appointment for 3 MONTHS. They keep cancelling on me the very last minute & rescheduling for a month later. Then when it comes time for the appointment they do it AGAIN. Dr. Pok and Dr. Chau are both so great! They take time to educate their patients and are attentive to all of our concerns!
I booked my appointment over a month ago(in March) with Dr Patton for a major issue I am experiencing. I got a text message stating my appointment was canceled and the earliest I can be seen is in April. They could care less if you live or die. This is extremely sad and concerning. I will use all my platforms to express this experience with this location and express for anyone to never visit. The lack of empathy and concern doesn’t exist here unfortunately.
