Troy is a “10”. We had only one day in Charleston to see homes . First , he picked us up at the airport ! He was prepared with 9 homes to view , with a portfolio which contained the 9 homes , the location in order for us to view ALL of them in geographical order . The stats and detail all printed out. This was a “WOW” experience . His follow up is just as detailed and as amazing . This has been one of the best experiences we have ever had with a realtor . We wish we could give 10 stars !!!!
