The pool is so bad 👎 We pay for these amenities!! It has to be said because someone has to fix things.. words don't matter anymore.. bummer cause its prime location!!

Don't Walk... Run away from this place. This management company is unorganized, negligent, and should not be running these apartments. The worst example was that my AC was out for 3 months in the summer in FLORIDA. My apt was regularly in the 90s. Maintenance would stop by once in a blue moon to slap a band aid fix on the AC, only for it to break the next day. It took for me to threaten suit for them to actually do anything substantial about our AC. But here is the kicker, when they finally fixed it, they stole our window AC... read more
Nobody fixes work orders unless you go up to the office and complain, the only thing the office cares about is getting money from you! I have lived here 3 years and half of our work orders we’ve had to fix ourselves and there’s also a terrible black mold problem. They say they spray units and also charge a $2 pest control fee and we do not remember the last time pest control even came in our apartment to spray. There is hot water maybeeee one day out of a week. And absolutely NOBODY picks up after their dogs!
