Nobody fixes work orders unless you go up to the office and complain, the only thing the office cares about is getting money from you! I have lived here 3 years and half of our work orders we’ve had to fix ourselves and there’s also a terrible black mold problem. They say they spray units and also charge a $2 pest control fee and we do not remember the last time pest control even came in our apartment to spray. There is hot water maybeeee one day out of a week. And absolutely NOBODY picks up after their dogs!

I have lived in Ashley club apartments for over 6 months now. This entire time I haven’t had hot water in my apartment. I’ve made numerous work orders and phone calls, I’ve even been up to the leasing office like 20 times and no one has fixed the issue. I haven’t even gotten so much as a phone call to ask if it was fixed or to at least give me a status update. It may look nice from the outside, but save your time and money. What a nice apartment complex!! Staff is so nice. The ones complaining don’t know what they’re talking about.

I am sharing my experience so future tenants can make informed decisions before renting with: Ashley Club Apartments, Arbor Club apartments, CLK Properties. First and foremost, I feel the management team uses misleading sales tactics. Prospective tenants are shown a model unit in pristine condition, but once you receive your actual apartment, you’re met with a long list of unpleasant and unacceptable issues that were never disclosed beforehand; hence explaining the $200.00 deposit.
