I am sharing my experience so future tenants can make informed decisions before renting with: Ashley Club Apartments, Arbor Club apartments, CLK Properties. First and foremost, I feel the management team uses misleading sales tactics. Just 2 months after i signed my lease and I regrett it so bad. I wish I had taken these reviews more seriously. Don't do this to yourself. Worse management ever, my apartment master bathroom ceiling fell off, due I was moved to another apartment. I was offered 400 credit, they lied. 2 months later no mailbox keys. They made some kind of mistake and my rent has been overcharged 3 months in a row ...

I have lived in Ashley club apartments for over 6 months now. This entire time I haven’t had hot water in my apartment. I’ve made numerous work orders and phone calls, I’ve even been up to the leasing office like 20 times and no one has fixed the issue. I haven’t even gotten so much as a phone call to ask if it was fixed or to at least give me a status update. It may look nice from the outside, but save your time and money.
