Don't Walk... Run away from this place. This management company is unorganized, negligent, and should not be running these apartments. The worst example was that my AC was out for 3 months in the summer in FLORIDA. My apt was regularly in the 90s. Maintenance would stop by once in a blue moon to slap a band aid fix on the AC, only for it to break the next day. Nobody fixes work orders unless you go up to the office and complain, the only thing the office cares about is getting money from you! I have lived here 3 years and half of our work orders we’ve had to fix ourselves and there’s also a terrible black mold problem. They say they spray units and also charge a $2 pest control fee and we do not remember the last time pest control even came in our apartment to spray. There is hot water maybeeee one day out of a week. And absolutely NOBODY picks up after their dogs!

I have lived in Ashley club apartments for over 6 months now. This entire time I haven’t had hot water in my apartment. I’ve made numerous work orders and phone calls, I’ve even been up to the leasing office like 20 times and no one has fixed the issue. I haven’t even gotten so much as a phone call to ask if it was fixed or to at least give me a status update. It may look nice from the outside, but save your time and money.
