Dr Carroll is wonderful. She patiently listened to all my concerns and addressed them all in detail. I felt very comfortable in her care and she is extremely knowledgeable and informative. Definitely one of the best doctors I’ve ever been to. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients. Her staff is wonderful too. Everyone is so sweet!!

Very caring and listened to concerns
I wish I could give zero stars. She tried to catheterize me without asking if it was ok. My appointment was not for a bladder issue. Even if she thought I was having a bladder problem....Who does that? I heard her ask for a kit and jumped up and said no, you are not doing that to me. She said that she had to get an uncontaminated sample. I got angry. I said I would give a urine sample the old fashioned way and did. Today, her nurse called and told me that my urine sample was accidently thrown out. Oh. Wonder how that happene... read more
