New to the area so first visit. She was easy to talk to, caring, good personality, all staff made me feel welcome and important!
Her clinic staff & their procedures are aweful. Patient care not top priority. Denied an open spot when i was sick because i did not have a new patient meet & greet visit first. Not avail for 2 weeks. Was told to go to/pay more at urgent care. Other occassion, i left msg for nurse about meds and never got a call back. Dont know how well the doctor is. Changed networks/doctors today and was scheduled same day. This clinic doesnt understand care needs a reasonable balance in new patient procedure
She really works diligently to get to the root of whatever issue I bring to her. She listens.
Dr. Bridges, has been a listener, and a great help in all types of problems. Recommend highly.
