Ashley got it done when it seemed impossible. We had an offer on a house we really wanted, but it was contingent on selling our home. The market made a downturn due to government shutdown and then heading into the holidays, so Ashley went into overdrive to get our house sold, making a video and posting it all over social media. We finally got an offer but they were the buyers from hell. Ashley put in so many hours trying to placate their unreasonable expectations and bring them back up to a viable price, and closed the deal.

She is excellent with communication, working with a quick timeline, finding qualified contractors to meet all your needs and the closest thing you will find to a perfect realtor. She was always available, very knowledgeable, extremely helpful and kind during all the aspects of getting our home ready to sell, listing it and closing.
