Ashley initially was very friendly and set up all the viewings in a timely manner, and was kind enough to let me carpool since I was in from out of town. However, since she also invests, there was noted conflict of interests, some shady communication, and she mislead me regarding some problems with the property I ended up purchasing. Being a new buyer, I took her advice and did not order the professional inspection, as she said her “guy” would do it for half the price and was reliable.
