Had an appointment to swap my Interlock device from one vehicle to another. It started with a long drive there only to find out that the technician didn't make it in.(2pm appt!!!) They tried to cover themselves by telling me that they called lifesafer to reschedule, however, lifesafer stated that they didn't have any records of them rescheduling.
