Ashley Arm Historic Apartment Homes The building was built in 1922 and used as Gaston High School for many years. In 1990 it was converted to beautiful apartments. Some, including mine, have more recently undergone renovations. Apartments have wood and tile floors, berber carpet and stainless steel appliances. The staff and management are wonderful people who are always greet you with a smile. The common areas are well kept and the indoor heated pool is one of my favorite features.
