Courteous and very pleasant! Made the process very easy.
Very attention to detail. Dr. Anderson listened to me and was very tuned into my needs. She then, along with my medical notes and x-rays decided what was going on and recommended the next steps. I appreciate her help and look forward to seeing her again. I fully recommend her to anyone that needs an orthopedic doctor.
I appreciate Dr Anderson being precise as to what my issues are. Making sure I understood everything correctly. Also allowing me choices as to which avenues available for my treatment. We need more physicians like Dr Anderson that care about the patients they see
I had a disappointing experience during my visit. I arrived 10 minutes early for my appointment but ended up waiting nearly two hours - about 30 minutes in the waiting area and another 1.5 hours alone in an exam room after a nurse took my vitals. During this time, I repeatedly asked for time estimates and was told the doctor would be in "shortly," which clearly was not the case.
