Ashley was our realtor for what ended up being, to us, a very complicated process. Dealing with the seller's agent, builder, title company, escrow, financing, the HOA, utility companies, etc., seemed at times overwhelming. The one person who understood it all and guided us through the various steps was Ashley. She is very patient and accommodating. Ashley Agarpao was an experienced and very capable Real Estate Agent. We gave her a rough time, not having bought a house for a while, things have changed a lot.
