I had a very excellent experience with a very knowledgeable salesperson Klarissa Pope. She explained various aspects on the furniture I was interested in for my home and I am satisfied with my selection thanks to her. I would recommend all my family and friends to come here for their needs and ask for this sales person Klarissa Pope.
I bought a sofa sectional over 2 months ago which had a chaise at one end which came defective the first time,so I had to have another delivered which when they delivered it they scratched our hard wood floors and as of today I’ve since had to have 4 more chaises delivered and still not one good chaise yet and have had no one show up or even follow up on our scratched floors! Sooo unperfessional and the worst experience I’ve ever encountered with a buissness of this nature!!!!
We came in on January 1st to look around and purchase furniture but because we were closing on our home we had to come back. Debra was on top of all our questions and was super knowledgeable. Very friendly so when we were finally ready to purchase our furniture we came back to her and she did an awesome job!
We went to Ashley Furniture to furnish a very small 1 bedroom apt. for my mother-in-law, who will be moving to an adult independent living facility. James Lytle ll, did a fantabulous job of helping us find the perfect pieces. A special shout out to Jerry for helping us with the initial visit and helped us choose the couch and chair.
Rebecca was a fantastic sales person, easy to work with and very helpful throughout. I found her to be very knowledgeable and accommodating to my needs and what I was looking for. Would definitely recommend.
As soon as we walked in we were greeted by our salesman, he just told us his name and said if we had any questions he'd be happy to asnswer them. I didn't feel pressured at all. We picked out a few things rather quickly and then our salesman took us over to look at king mattresses to go with our new bed. He took the time to show me a few options I was interested in, sterns & foster and sealy posturpedic.
