I love the fact that we were not “pounced “ on as soon as we walked in the door. We had time to browse the store before being approached. Alex was terrific. He did not try to up sell just listened to what we wanted. Great selection, great prices and great service.
Alex, the store manager was informative, professional and friendly. He allowed me browse the store without being pushy, but was there when I had questions. The nicest sales experience I’ve had in quite sometime. I purchased a chair that will arrive next week. #Good Selection#Good Service
THE FURNITURES SETS OUT ON DISPLAY ARE NOT THE ACTUAL SETS. THE TABLES OUT WITH THE COUCHES/LOVESEATS ARE NOT WHAT ACTUALLY COMES IN THE SET. Absolutely terrible. DO NOT BUY from them. Staff was friendly when we were in the store, we made our choices, and made our purchase. Once we were home, we were double checking the items online and realized that they had marked us down for the wrong coffee tables and kitchen table. Well I think they have some nice furniture but their staff are rude and don't care what you think once that purchase is made. We just bought a couch and they told us the wrong day to pick it up. Didn't bother to tell us that is wasn't ready for over a week. When I called to let them know how unhappy I was the office manager on duty was like oh well you can pick up tomorrow - I said no the warehouse said it wont be ready til the weekend. She said well it will be ready sometime this week. I though wow really professional. So I... read more
