This is my 4th purchase from Ashley HomeStore and as usual my experience was very positive. I have researched the others and always come back to Ashley. Everyone, from the sales associate, to the clerical assistant, to the delivery personnel went above and beyond to make this a pleasant and positive experience.

Biggest contemporary sofa selection in tricities. I selected a sofa online, went to the store to checkout the quality which I liked, the saleswoman helped me get he color I wanted along with a promotional discount. I picked it up from the warehouse with no additional fees. Overall a very pleasant shopping experience.
My husband and I were looking for a new mattress. We went to Ashley Furniture in Johnson City TN. And our salesman was very knowledgeable about all the mattress. We ended up buying a Posturepedic and it is wonderful. Everyone in the store was very nice and friendly. We are going to buy new living room furniture and we will go to Ashley first to shop for it.
After looking at several local stores for a rocker recliner, I found just what I was looking for at Ashley. They had a great selection and the sales person was very helpful. Im a new mother and use my rocker recliner everyday and love it. Very comfortable and easy to keep clean.
