Christy H was great helped me very well
Cathy was great to work with, helped us find the perfect furniture and kept us in the loop through delivery.
Delivery team showed up at 9 pm, still here after 11 pm. Mind you, the delivery window was 4:30-7:00 which was already later than expected. My kids were trying to sleep and they were very disruptive. In terms of purchasing, both Ashley's and Zak's messed up our account and double charged us. Also, the sales person did not inform us that an item was on back order, which delayed the entire shipment. They just wanted to make the sale happen and not communicate.
We went to Ashley looking for a lift chair to aid in my upcoming surgery recovery .Cathy waited on us and was very friendly and helpful. I immediately saw the chair I was looking for, but felt like we needed to look at other stores. Thankfully when we couldn't find the same chair elsewhere, Cathy took care of the paperwork and being able to do our own pickup, by evening I was sitting in my new chair. Happy with the great sale price also. Thank you Cathy!
