It is the worst place to ever live at
I have been a resident who has been here for over 7 years. In all 7 years never been late in paying my rent. Now I'm disabled promised a floor level apartment due to being in a wheelchair. We had gotten broken promises after the note from Doctor was provided over 30 days before my surgery. I have had 3 fires in my heating unit the prior year, which Fire department was called, and over a $433 electricity bill which I have never heard of from any other apartments or homes near our area.
