My rent went up 19% in one year's time, over $300/month. Now my rent is over $1900 a month. I was told there will be no changes because it is legal. And they are right, in the great state of Ohio, landlords can increase the rent as much as they want. And obviously they do. It may be legal but it definitely is not ethical. So Ashlar Flats should be a no-go zone as well as any residences owned by TruAmerica or managed by VilliageGreen. Like the robber barons of old, reincarnated in its present manifestation of scum.
