I had an Accounting issue & I had to leave a call back number. She responded quickly & professionally. Really listened to my concerns & was extremely helpful working with me. Very pleasant & considerate.
Very responsive and friendly. Answered every question I had and the process was very streamlined and easy to understand. I would definitely use All Purpose Storage again! 2 years later - The Ashland facility is not well maintained. The safety lights are half blown and all of them are out in the back area where my unit is. It's very unsafe, especially since the gates aren't locked and anyone can come into the area.
