RecommendedI am very pleased with this Vet clinic. I’m a first time puppy owner. My first visit went well. My second visit was terrible mostly due to the lack of communication with the assistant, but they definitely made It right on my third visit. They aren’t allowing people to come into the office which was part of the problem on my second visit because i didn’t know what was going on and the assistant was rude to me. I would not recommend. It’s like going to a mechanic. They will charge you for things that they never mentioned. Supposed to go in for shots. That’s it. But get the bill, they do a wellness check for $60? For one, that price is way too high for a basic wellness check. Two, wouldn’t you ask if they want or need a wellness check? And then just send $10 heart worm medicine that is not needed or mentioned. And lastly. How do you trim a dogs nails, give shots, and do a wellness check in 5 minutes? not good service at all. I make a appointment and get there 10 mins before and wait over 40 mins after my appointment and still nothing... thanks so much for delaying my day.

I love the staff there. except they want to steal my dog. lol. they take such good care of my Henry. I'm comfortable taking him there and that is important
5 stars I had originally taken my new German Shepherd puppy to a clinic in Shelby and was very unhappy with our experience and was told they were moving away from larger animals. So I had ask some friends on Facebook who they recommended and that’s how I ended up taken my pup here and I will definitely keep bringing my pup back here. The staff was all very friendly and actually listen to you when you have concerns.
