Dr Omura and his staff are excellent at their profession. He is great at explaining the dental work needed, reviewing options, making sure all questions are answered, and performing the best dental work I have ever experienced. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr Omura!
Highly recommend Dr. Omura and his staff. Dr. Omura is wonderful with pain management and has great attention to detail. He created a customized plan to help me make decisions on my care and explained the pros and cons of the different options available. Absolutely terrible experience with this office more specifically OMURA. He never listened to me. Kept leaving me not numb.
I paid thousands of dollars for my temporaries, with the understanding that we would work together to find a result that we were happy with. They ended up looking and feeling like giant chicklets in my mouth. Every suggestion I made, I was told no. It ended with me being told I came in with no front teeth, and I should just be grateful for what Dr. Omura made, which was hideous. I would give zero stars if I could. Dr Aaron Omura replaced an old crown on a front tooth. His knowledge and expertise along with his patience, kindness, and gentle 'chairside manner' made the experience flawless/painless throughout. He kept me fully informed through every step of the procedure and always asked about my comfort while working in my mouth.
