TL:DR, Moved into apartment with severe damage, broken baseboards, nail holes, stained paint, overspray everywhere etc. Took pictures proving we didn't cause the damage before moving in. Charged us for it anyway. Take photos of everything before and after. Thankfully I did. Unfortunately I'll have to take them to small claims to retrieve my due security deposit.
