We rented here for about 2years. If I’m giving an honest review they weren’t terrible day to day, they are prompt to repair fixes and upkeep is great! They can be a little difficult to get a hold of if you want to speak to a real person but that might just mean you have to call 2-3 more times to get through. They do better responding to text and the app where you pay. They will always answer any questions you have. This management company is in it for the money, and will milk every penny they think they can out of you! They will also rent you an apartment in gross condition with the saying that “well everyone just has different standards of clean”. And then charge you with cleaning fees no matter the condition you leave it in. Even if you left it in much better care then you found it. Also they say they clean the carpets and charge you for it but those carpets are so bad. Just know you won’t get a deposit back.
EDIT TO ADD: I’ve been reading over some of the other reviews here. If you are at all curious about the manner of professionalism, or lack thereof, by this company, see the attached screenshot of the response left by Ashland to another negative review. This type of conduct is absolutely unacceptable and petty, especially when coming from a business. So incredibly glad we are no longer dealing with them. They have managed my property for over 6 years collecting the rent paying the taxes answering the tenants concerns and the list goes on. It has been the best property management company I have found in 20 years I that I have owned Different real estate investments
