I've been here for almost a month..... No mailbox key...cannot check my mail and i have checks waiting for me but they have no problem taking money. They forgot to add $56.00 to my initial move in bill, which i have no problem paying but do have a problem paying a processing fee because they did not do their job. I was told go get a money order, well that takes time, gas and money and it was your mistake, times is hard and i need ALL my coins, down to the dollar!!! and including the check sitting in my mailbox that i cannot ... read more
I am literally so thankful for the property manger Eceria and her assistant Courtney . These ladies has truly been a blessing to me since day 1 . The apartments are quiet any maintenance problem that comes up in my unit they take care of it right away . Thank you also to Courtney in the maintenance department he’s truly a stand up guy .
Never answers the phone. Very unprofessional!! Will definetely look somewhere else.
Daria was incredibly helpful throughout my move-in process. When I started feeling stressed about time constraints, she went above and beyond by going to the office before opening to assist me. Her communication was consistent and clear, so there were no surprises along the way. I’m not sure if all move-in experiences are like this, but mine was seamless—I applied and was moving in the following week. Truly outstanding service!
