First of all the plumber did a great job installing the toilets we purchased and removing the old ones. However, I just received the invoice for $885. That can't be right! When I called them for installation they quoted me $100. I thought it was a great price but who am I to argue. They overcharged me for this installation and I didn't find out until I got my mail. I'm very angry about this!!

Overcharged me for repair and parts. Did not install the part properly and was in and out in 15 minutes. I called Rinnai and was told that the job could not be completed in 15 minutes. They were supposed to take the entire unit out.
