He went out of his way to ensure my hot water heater was installed and working to my satisfaction, then he called me the day after to check on me! I've already referred him to a friend and I have no reservations about calling him again. So happy with how this all played out!
We had a plumbing emergency over the weekend and AMPS was the only service who even answered the phone. Even thought they couldn't make it out until Monday, John gave us some tips on the phone and we were able to shut off the water. Monday morning came and they had come out and fixed our leak before noon. Thank you AMPS!
